Spam Reader interface including the menu and the toolbar for Outlook 2000-2007 and the ribbon for Outlook 2010 - 2021 is built into standard Microsoft Outlook interface. You can use the Menu commands and the Tollbar\Ribbon buttons to perform particular operations.
